Factories and warehouse/distribution outlets can, by their very nature, carry all sorts of peculiar security risks.

The value of manufacturing plant, finished product stocks and IT inventory found in the average production facility, can all add up to hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of equipment and a highly effective security system is needed to ensure none of it is taken or stolen from the site.

At any factory, integrated access control and CCTV systems are essential, but a warehouse or distribution depot, designed for fast and efficient loading and unloading of product carries its own distinct security issues.  There are, however, a number of specific measures that we have introduced to minimise the threat of theft.  

Access control which integrates with CCTV, intruder, fire detection and staff protection systems is also increasingly important and, we are now supplying many shop floor and office workers within a manufacturing plant, one single door entry card which is being used to gain access to designated work areas.
