New Online Product Support

Comprehensive online support for the full range of PAC access control and GDX door entry products is now available to all dealers and distributors by simply registering online at: www.stanleysecurityproducts.co.uk/support/

The online product support site has been developed to encourage ongoing product learning with a knowledge database that provides technical updates on all major product lines including iPAC, SecureNet, EasiNet Residential and GDX5 Concierge.

The interactive e-learning enables visitors to the site to download resources on software upgrades and user instructions as well as allowing up to the minute access to the very latest technical information and providing responses to frequently asked questions from customers.

New Electronic Cabinet Lock

Cost-effective and easy to install, the new Electronic Cabinet Lock from Stanley offers increased security for locking cabinets, desks and furniture.

This standalone unit has a spring mechanism that automatically releases the doors after electronic unlocking.

The lock is easy to programme using coded access tokens and cards offering maximum protection against unauthorised opening. Up to 50 KeyPAC 125 KHz tokens or cards can be programmed onto each lock and deleted at any time .The battery included has sufficient electric power to assure a minimum 20,000 openings.

New GDX Combined Beacon and Sounder Unit

GDX has enhanced its door entry system range with the introduction of a new combined beacon and sounder unit which can be fitted in the homes of residents with impaired hearing.

The new ultra bright LED beacon and integrated sounder can be mounted on a single gang back box. The 5 cable entry points allow for easy installation and it has an external thumbwheel to adjust the ringtone volume.

Headed by Karen Ireton, Stanley’s nine-strong customer services team is responsible for all customer-facing activity.

The team works closely with our quotations team, technical support team and manufacturing to ensure that any customer queries are dealt with promptly and to the utmost satisfaction.

They also ensure that stock levels are maintained for our most popular PAC access control products and thanks to this any order received before 3.30pm will be immediately processed to ensure same day dispatch.

Purpose Built Demonstration Suite

Our brand new purpose-built demonstration suite at our office in Stockport, near Manchester in the UK, will be available for use by all our dealers and their customers from February 2009.

With this dedicated facility we are able to provide hands-on demonstrations on all products including iPAC, SecureNet, EasiNet Residential, GDX Door Entry and even the new Wi-Fi based PACE staff protection product.

Mobile Demo Units

Stanley now have product display pods and stands which are ideal if you are planning a temporary showroom display, a customer open day, a training session or a technical clinic for your customers. The units provide live working demonstrations of the products and help to assist with any specific technical queries.
