All the benefits of Blick Aquarius Messaging but with the addition of two-way speech capability and tone-only paging and text messaging, allowing mobile staff to communicate from their pager with colleagues, either on two-way speech pagers or on internal telephones.

It is suitable for onsite and multiple site messaging (via a dedicated landline). The system can be used in any environment where speech is important to convey complex and time-critical messages, such as prisons, hospitals, healthcare, commercial organisations and industry.

The light and easy to operate pagers give employees the freedom to work flexibly, with the knowledge they can be contacted at all times. The paging console can send tone-only messages or, with its integrated keyboard, can store up to 40 pre-programmed text messages, ready for sending to an individual pager or groups of pagers. In situations where there is a need to send more detailed messages, personnel can use the two-way speech facility. It is also possible to send messages from an internal or external phone.

If the site has an environment where personnel might be at risk, the system can be adapted to include a staff protection solution. One of the pager buttons can be configured to offer a 'lone-worker' protection facility. This can send an alarm to a pre-selected telephone number or to other pagers. The user can then use the speech facility to report their location.

As the Aquarius paging system uses radio-based messaging technology, it is easy to install and maintain. The two-way speech pagers work indoors and outdoors within site boundaries. Pagers are sometimes referred to as bleeps, bleepers or beepers.

BCL produces integrated messaging systems. All Blick paging systems are extremely flexible and can be adapted to interface with existing customer infrastructure and emerging requirements. They can be integrated with third party fire alarms, telephone and building management systems.
