Our UK Technical Support centre is located in Stockport, Cheshire. Our team is highly skilled in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents relating to our products.

Technical Support

We are committed to providing first class support and works on a continual improvement process. The Product Knowledge Database will provide you with easy access to download manuals, search frequently asked questions and you can search our knowledge database by using key words.

Our highly skilled Technical Support team frequently post new and helpful information on to this site to help you to get the best out of our award winning products.

We do provide global support to our network of partners throughout offices in the United Kingdom, USA and the Far East. These offices primarily service Europe, the Americas, Middle-East and Asia Pacific regions, respectively.



Technical Support

PAC’s experienced Technical Support Engineers provide support between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (UK time). You can also gain access to the PAC Technical Support internet knowledge database, located at www.pactechinfo.co.uk, and selecting the support option.

Remote dial in support

We have the ability to provide a remote dial in support service. This service gives you direct access to skilled engineers and enables us to see your system software in a real time environment.

A request for a remote dial can be made by your on site engineer to the Technical Support Team. The Technical Support engineer will handle the call in the same manner as telephone support with the exception that they will, with your permission, attempt to take remote control of the PC running the software.

On site support services

Designed with the installer in mind, we provide on site services, including commissioning and system upgrades. The Technical Support team are trained to the highest standard on hardware, software, PC operating systems and IT networks. Our engineer will work closely with you on site and will help in providing an easy hand over to your customer.
